Wellness Hour

By popular demand, it’s back! Wellness Hour is a gentle, supportive space where you can show up just as you are. It’s a time to connect, reflect, and simply be. Last year brought together voices from around the country, united in learning, collaboration, and mutual support. Your feedback inspired the return of these workshops.

Hosted by the Centre psychologique pour artistes, the hour-long workshops are FREE for members of Culture Works Canada and participants of the 2025-2026 Student Work Placement program and Young Canada Works. You may have as many staff members and SWP/YCW interns participate, but they must register ahead of the session.

DateDescription of Activities
March 6Understanding Empowerment in Mental Health
March 16Uncoupling Art from Performance
March 20Rest: A Core Pillar of Mental Health

The workshops take place in English at 1 pm EST, followed by a French session at 2 pm EST. You may have as many staff members and SWP/YCW interns participate.

Please email marwa.alibakhiet@cwc-coc.ca to receive a calendar invitation, and indicate the session you wish to attend.
